It seems sanity has prevailed at DA now that Johnsy [link] has been unbanned but for how long? We are still left with the issue of model agreements not being honored and images still being used and posted around the www despite my requests to the photographer (gerhardt) [link] not to use or post them. Everyone I have spoken to including models and togs agree that he has no legal right to use or publish these images if he has reneged on a written agreement. Most togs I have spoken to say they would remove the images as an act of decency and to resolve the issue any way. So models beware you have been warned of the consequences, do your homework and you will find others who have also been exploited in the same way. You should be cautious of the slander you may hear about Johnsy and I as well because there is no doubt that if you are that close to the source you will be next!
